The Consultant led a three person team to arrange and facilitate a Workshop involving participants from Ontario Government and Federal Government technology organizations, and academic institutions, for the purpose of developing a framework for a higher level of coordination and collaboration among the organizations. As a result of the Workshop, two task forces with representatives from participating organizations were established. One task force has the goal to develop a business plan for an new formal integrated structure which has some of the features of a virtual technology corporation. The second task force was established to define specific action plans to enhance the existing networks. |
